Salsa

1 bunch Cilantro
1 bunch Green onions
6 Yellow wax peppers
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 #10 can diced tomatoes


Drain tomatoes and set aside
Chop Cilantro and Green onions and put in food proccessor.
Mince Yellow wax pepers and put in food processor
Add handfull of tomatoes.
Proccess until there are no remaining large chuncks in mix.
Dump into large bowl.

Add remaining tomatoes
Pulse the proccessor until the tomaotoes are choped but not pureed

Mix everything together thoughly
Add salt and pepper as needed

For best results, let salsa sit overnight.
