French Apple Pie

6 to 8 tart apples
1 9"unbaked pie shell, I used Mrs. Smiths 2/pkg
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter


1. Arrange apples in pie shell, (heap up high)
2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle over apples
3. Mix remaining sugar with flour; cut in butter tell crumbly, Sprinkle over
top

Bake @ 400 deg for 40 minutes.
